摘　　要：为持续推进测高雷达专业建设发展,进一步提高实战化教学质量,分析了实战化教学资源库建设存在的主要问题,探讨了建设的必要性;紧贴实战化教学训练需要,提出了建设方法的思路、具体内容和关键步骤,给出了实战化教学资源库教学及训练的实践过程,为进一步提高测高雷达专业人才培养质量打下了坚实的基础.In order to continuously promote the construction and development of height-finding radar specialty and improve the quality of actual combat-based teaching and training, this article analyzes the main problems existing in the construction of actual combat-based teaching resource bank and discusses the necessity of the construction. And then, according to the needs of combat-oriented teaching and training, the article puts forward the ideas, specific content and key steps for construction method, presenting the practical process of teaching and training of combat-oriented teaching resource bank, and laying a solid foundation for further improving the talent cultivation quality of the height-finding radar specialty.
