摘 要:文章基于PLC与工业机器人技术,针对物料分拣教学实训平台进行研究设计。首先,阐述了教学实训平台的整体结构与工作流程;其次,对教学实训平台进行硬件与软件的设计,具体为工业机器人与PLC模块、电动控制模块、气动控制模块以及软件控制;最后,围绕教学实训平台提出实验设计。该实训平台具备实用性,可以很好地促进教学课程的顺利开展,为学生综合实训能力的提升起到了有效的推动作用。Based on PLC and industrial robot technology,this paper studies and designs the teaching and training platform of material sorting.Firstly,the whole structure and working process of the teaching and training platform are described.Secondly,the hardware and software of the teaching and training platform are designed,including industrial robot and PLC module,electric control module,pneumatic control module and software control module.Finally,the experimental design is put forward around the teaching and training platform.The training platform is practical,can promote the smooth development of teaching courses,and play an effective role in promoting the comprehensive training ability of students.
