摘  要:为了提高五电平U元件封装式(简称PUC5式)逆变器在阻感负载情况下控制的精确度,设计一种复合控制器,包括原型重复控制(prototype repeat-control,PRC)和比例积分(proportion-integral,PI)控制器,将两种控制器解构组合应用到PUC5式逆变器拓扑当中。对比传统的控制方式,该控制器优化了周期重复单变量系统(single-input single-output,SISO)下的跟踪效果,简化了控制设计中的整定调试过程,并且可以在保证快速响应的前提下实现无静差跟踪和良好的鲁棒性。PUC5式逆变器拓扑的一次侧电容通过内部调制策略可实现电压自平衡状态,无需复杂的控制和传感器来实现,大幅降低控制的需求以及硬件成本。在RT-LAB的半实物仿真环境下验证了理论的正确性。结果表明,采用复合控制方式可以更好地跟踪周期性的SISO系统,极大地降低了PUC5式多电平逆变器的总谐波失真,进而为多电平逆变器控制策略的设计提供参考。In order to improve the control accuracy of five-level U-element packaged(PUC5)inverters under the condition of resistive load,a composite controller was designed,including prototype repeat-control(PRC)and proportional-integral(PI)controller,which was applied into the PUC5 inverter topology by deconstructing and combining the two controllers.Compared with the traditional control method,the controller optimized the tracking effect under the single-input single-output(SISO)system,simplified the setting and debugging process in the control design,and could achieve no static error tracking and good robustness under the condition of fast response.The primary capacitor of the PUC5 inverter topology could realize the voltage self-balancing state through the internal modulation strategy without the need of complicated control and sensors.The theory correctness was verified in the semi-physical simulation environment of RT-LAB.The results show that the composite control method can better track the periodic SISO system,greatly reduce the total harmonic distortion of the PUC5 multilevel inverter,and then provide reference for the control strategy design of the multilevel inverter.
