摘 要:目的探讨品管圈管理模式在本科护生专业技能自主学习中的应用效果。方法在我校2016级本科护理班中,采用便利抽样法确定3、4班112名学生作为试验组,1、2班111名学生作为对照组,试验组采取品管圈管理模式进行专业技能自主学习,对照组采用传统管理模式进行专业技能自主学习,比较两组学生个人问卷评价和自主学习技能考核成绩。结果试验组学生的个人问卷评价和技能考核成绩优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论在本科护生专业技能自主学习中采取品管圈管理模式,能有效提高护生专业技能自主学习能力和技能考核的成绩,同时在提升学生的动手能力、沟通能力、创新能力等方面起到了促进作用。Objective:Discussion on the application effect of quality control circle management mode in undergraduate nursing students'independent learning of professional skills.Method(s):In 2016 undergraduate nursing class of our university,112 students from Class 3 and 4 were selected as the experimental group by convenient sampling method,111 students from class 1 and class 2 as the control group.The experimental group adopted the quality control circle management mode for independent learning of professional skills,while the control group adopted the traditional management mode for independent learning of professional skills,and compared the scores of individual questionnaire evaluation and independent learning skills assessment between the two groups.Result(s):The results of personal questionnaire evaluation and skill assessment of the students in the experimental group were better than those in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:Adopting the quality control circle management mode in the autonomous learning of undergraduate nursing students'professional skills can effectively improve the ability of autonomous learning of nursing students'professional skills and the achievement of skill assessment,and also play a promoting role in improving students'practical ability,communication ability,innovation ability,etc.
