弘扬高职院校思想政治教育文化的路径探究——以广东机电职业技术学院为例

摘　　要：职业教育改革和“双高计划”背景下,思想政治教育文化如何建设发展,为高职院校提出了新的课题。文章通过诠释高职院校核心文化理念,分析核心文化理念引领的文化体系建设,文化核心理念引导下的制度、环境、行为构建路径。阐述以制度文化建设为保障,发挥文化的规范和约束功能;以环境文化建设为基础,发挥文化的协调与陶冶功能;以行为文化建设为重点,发挥文化的教育与引导功能。通过扎实推进文化建设,逐步沉淀文化核心理念,涵养了高职院校思想政治教育文化新生态。Under the background of vocational education reform and double high school plan,how to construct and develop ideological and political education culture has put forward a new task for higher vocational colleges.This paper analyzes the construction of the cultural system led by the core cultural concept,and the construction path of the system,environment and behavior guided by the core cultural concept.This paper expounds the functions of cultural norms and constraints,based on the construction of environmental culture,the coordination and cultivation of culture,and the education and guidance of culture,focusing on the construction of behavioral culture.We have steadily promoted cultural construction,gradually precipitated the core concept of culture,and nurtured the new cultural ecology of ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges.
