高职院校教育教学管理工作的优化策略研究

摘　　要：高职院校教育教学管理工作在推动教学效果提高、确保教学工作顺利开展的过程中起到了重要的作用。随着社会的不断发展,对高职院校的教育教学管理工作提出了更高的要求,因此本文论述了高职院校教育教学管理工作优化的重要性,然后提出了促进教学管理工作的优化策略,以期能够切实有效地完善教育教学管理工作,提高高职院校人才培养的质量。Teaching management in higher vocational colleges plays an important role in promoting the teaching effect and ensuring the smooth development of teaching work.With the continuous development of society,higher requirements are put forward for the education and teaching management in higher vocational colleges.This article discusses the importance of the education and teaching management in higher vocational colleges,and puts forward the optimization strategies to promote the teaching management,in order to effectively improve the education and teaching management and improve the quality of talent training in higher vocational colleges.
