转型背景下高等教育自学考试教材供应新模式探讨

摘　　要：自2019年6月起,高等教育自学考试全国统编教材供应方式发生转变,由自考系统自办发行改为由出版社代为发行。在总结自考教材供应专有渠道优势和存在问题的基础上,分析自考教材供应方式转变面临的挑战,进而从应对当前挑战和长远发展的角度对自考教材供应提出4点建议:1)充分重视自考教材供应;2)加强指导、协调和监督,支持有关各方做好自考教材供应;3)充分认识盗版危害,配合和支持有关方面打击盗版;4)顺应时代要求,积极构建自学考试教材供应新模式。Since June 2019, the publishers have been distributing nationally compiled Self-taught Higher Education Examinations(SHEE)coursebooks, authorized by the SHEE developer(i. e., copyright owner of the SHEE coursebooks), who used to do the distribution itself along with provincial and local SHEE offices. While the proprietary distribution channel had both advantages and disadvantages, the current mode of supply also faces challenges. To address the challenges, and also for the long-term development of SHEE, four suggestions are proposed, including placing a high priority on and taking a concerted approach to the supply of SHEE coursebooks,raising awareness of the hazards of piracy and making efforts to crack down on SHEE coursebook piracy, and getting with the times and building a B2 C platform aimed at supplying coursebooks to SHEE participants directly.
