摘 要:随着教学法改革不断深入,以问题为中心的教学法等逐步应用于病理学教学中。这些新的教学法要求学生能够合理运用学习资源来完成课前学习任务,但病理学庞大的知识构架以及众多容易混淆的概念,使学生在自学过程中常常望而生却,难以掌握。文章充分结合病理学科形态学教学和系统性教学的特点,充分突出了“讲授式”教学思想的优势。要求教师既能横向联系,融会贯通,也能够牢固建立组织学的观点、临床的观点。在讨论时能够有意识地采用形态学教学的思维,帮助学生理解形态学概念。同时注意恰当使用在LBL教学法中所使用的技巧,有效提高当代病理学科教学效果。With the continuous deepening of the reform of teaching methods,the problem-based teaching method is gradually applied to the teaching of pathology.These new teaching methods require students to use the learning resources reasonably to complete the pre-school learning tasks,but the pathological knowledge structure and many confusing concepts make students often born in the process of s elf-study and difficult to master.This paper fully combines the characteristics of morphological teaching and systematic teaching in pathology,and fully highlights the advantages of the"learning"teaching thought.Teachers are required to be able to connect horizontally,integrate,and firmly establish histological and clinical perspectives.In the discussion,we can consciously adopt the thinking of morphological teaching to help students understand the concept of morphology.At the same time,pay attention to the proper use of the techniques used in the LBL teaching method to effectively improve the teaching effect of contemporary pathology.
