摘　　要：针对一道全国大学生数学竞赛决赛试题,利用线性方程组解的结构和幂零阵的定义构造相似变换矩阵,给出了一种新的解法.In this paper, a similarity transformation is constructed by using the structure of solutions of linear equations and the definition of nilpotent matrix in order to solve a question in the final round of the National Mathematics Competition for University Students.
