摘 要:目的探讨微藻对水中铅吸附效果。方法观察壳聚糖-海藻酸钠固定化包埋微绿球藻(chitosan-sodium alginateembedded Nannochloris oculata,CS-SA-No)颗粒、游离微绿球藻(N.oculata,No)和固定化空白颗粒(CS-SA)对铅浓度为10~40960μg/L的模拟含铅废水中铅的吸附能力。结果CS-SA-No对铅的吸附率为88.59%,比CS-SA高出32.61%,且游离藻细胞对铅的吸附率比空白球高17.93%。CS-SA-No对Pb2+的吸附符合Freundlich方程。CS-SA-No投加量为10 g/L时,吸附2 h的铅的最高吸附率达96.06%,吸附量为3.935 mg/g;吸附洗脱4个循环(每个循环持续7d)后,对水中1000μg/L铅的吸附率仍为68%。结论CS-SA-No对水中高浓度铅具有良好吸附作用,且可以循环使用。Objective To explore the adsorption of lead in water by microalgae as a biosorbent.Methods A functional monomer chitosan-sodium alginate-embedded Nannochloris oculata(CS-SA-No)was used to prepare an immobilized biosorbent for the removal of lead in water.The adsorption of lead by CS-SA-No,free Nannochloris oculata(N.oculata,No),CS-SA blank control particles(CS-SA)was observed based on the simulated wastewater containing 10-40960μg/L lead.Results Adsorption rate of lead was 88.59%by CS-SA-No,which was 32.16%as high as that by CS-SA,the adsorption rate of lead by free N.oculata was 17.93%as high as that by CS-SA.The adsorption of lead by CS-SA-No was consistent with Freundlich equation.The 2 h-removal rate reached 96.06%at 10 g/L CS-SA-No as adsorbent,the adsorption amount was 3.935 mg/g.CS-SA-No had a good regeneration,after four adsorption-elution cycles,seven days per cycle,the adsorption rate of lead 1000μg/L still reached 68%.Conclusion CS-SA-No had a selective adsorption effect on lead with high-concentration in water.
