摘　　要：大米抛光机在大米加工过程中主要用于大米抛光,是生产线上的主要加工设备之一,也是碎米产生较多的设备。从抛光机的抛光机理和产生碎米原因入手,深入分析了抛光光洁度和碎米率的关系,并从设计、制作、操作方面提出了提高抛光光洁度、降低碎米率的技术方法和措施,为同行和谷物加工企业提供参考。Rice polisher is mainly used for rice polishing in the rice processing process.It is the main processing equipment on the production line that produces a lot of broken rice.starting from the polishing mechanism of the polisher and the reason of the broken rice,the relationship between the polishing precision and the broken rice rate was deeply analyzed,and the technical methods and measures to improve the polishing precision and reduce the broken rice rate were put forward from the aspects of design,production and operation,so as to provide reference for peers and grain processing enterprises.
