摘 要:对同位素稀释液相色谱-串联质谱法测定小麦粉中黄曲霉毒素B 1的含量进行不确定度评定,为建立有效的质量控制方法提供参考。依据CNAS—GL06《化学分析中不确定度的评估指南》和JJF 1059.1—2012《测量不确定度评定与表示》,建立数学模型,分析液相色谱-串联质谱法测定小麦粉中黄曲霉毒素B 1各个不确定度来源,并对数学模型中各不确定度分量的进行分析、量化和合成,得出黄曲霉毒素B 1的合成不确定度和扩展不确定度。当小麦粉中黄曲霉毒素B 1的含量为4.30μg/kg,扩展不确定度为0.72μg/kg(k=2)。结果表明,影响测量结果不确定度的主要因素为标准溶液的稀释配制、最小二乘法标准曲线拟合以及提取效率和免疫亲合柱的回收率。Uncertaintyof determination of aflatoxin B 1 in wheatmeal by liquid chromatography isotope dilution mass spectrometry was evaluated to provide reference for establishing effective quality control methods.According to standards CNAS-GL 06 and JJF 1059.1—2012,a mathematical model had been established to assess the uncertainty sources in the determination of aflatoxin B 1 in wheatmeal,the uncertainty components of the mathematical model were analyzed,quantified and synthesized,the combined and expanded uncertainty were obtained.When the content of aflatoxin B 1 in wheatmeal was 4.30μg/kg,the expanded uncertainty was 0.72μg/kg(k=2).The results showed that the main factors affecting the uncertainty were calibration solution preparation,calibration curve fitting by least square method,extraction efficiency and recovery of immunoaffinity Column.
