初中篮球运球技术的教学探究

摘　　要：篮球技术分为运球、传接球、投篮、移动四大部分。传球、接球、运球技术是篮球教学中的最基本、最重要,也是最不容忽视的组成部分。在初中篮球技术教学中最常用、最基础的是运球技术,分为高低运球、体侧运球,随着新课程体育教学改革的不断深入,研究和探讨体育教学方法,提高教学质量已成为当前改革中的一项十分重要的内容。梳理了篮球运球动作技术要领,研究篮球教学手段和方法以及初中学生学习过程中普遍存在的问题,并且对如何纠正学生在技术学习过程中的易犯错误显得尤为重要。Basketball Skills are divided into dribbling,passing the ball,shooting,moving the four major parts.The skills of passing,receiving and dribbling are the most basic and important in basketball teaching,and also the most important part.In the junior middle school basketball technique teaching most commonly used,the most basic is dribbles the ball technique,divides into the high low dribbles,the body side drifts,along with the new curriculum sports teaching Reform Unceasingly Thorough,studies and discusses the sports teaching method,improving the quality of teaching has become a very important part of the current reform.Carding the technical essentials of basketball dribbling,studying the teaching methods and methods of basketball,and the common problems in the learning process of junior middle school students,and how to correct students in the process of technical learning is particularly important.
