摘　　要：随着高等教育的不断发展和社会的不断进步,加速培养创新人才已然成为共识。生物技术专业也不例外。而且用人单位在选择人才时也比较倾向于具有扎实理论知识和优秀创新能力的生物技术专业毕业生,因此高校在生物技术专业人才培养时应着重学生综合素质和创新能力的培养,使学生实现全面发展,以填补生物技术专业高素质创新型人才缺口。文章在分析当前生物技术专业人才培养模式存在问题的基础上,探讨了生物技术专业创新人才培养模式的优化路径。With the continuous development of higher education and social progress,accelerating the cultivation of innovative talents has become a consensus.Biotechnology is no exception.In addition,employers tend to choose graduates with solid theoretical knowledge and excellent innovation ability when selecting talents.Therefore,colleges and universities should pay more attention to the cultivation of students’comprehensive quality and innovation ability in the cultivation of biotechnology talents,so that students can achieve all-round development,so as to meet the need of high-quality innovative talents in biotechnology specialty.Based on the analysis of the existing problems in the current training model of biotechnology professionals,this paper discusses the optimization path of the training model of innovative talents in biotechnology.
