浅谈高职院校校内实训基地内涵建设的探索与实践——以旅游管理专业为例

摘　　要：高职院校校内实训基地内涵建设是高职院校现代化建设的重要组成部分,文章以旅游管理专业校内实训技术内涵建设为研究对象,在实践工作经验总结与归纳的基础上,就高职院校校内实训基地内涵建设现状进行了分析,并在此基础上针对存在的问题,借鉴先进经验,从旅游管理专业实训基地内涵建设定位、实训基地模式、实训基地管理体制、实训基地职业文化氛围、实训基地师资队伍等方面进行探索与实践,提出优化高职院校校内实训基地内涵建设的建议与意见。The connotation construction of training base in higher vocational colleges is an important part of the modernization construction of higher vocational colleges.This paper takes the connotation construction of practical training technology in tourism management specialty as the research object,on the basis of summing up the practical work experience,analyzes the present situation of the connotation construction of training bases in higher vocational colleges.On this basis,and in view of the problems existing in the present situation,it draws lessons from experience.This paper probes into the connotation construction and orientation of the training base of tourism management specialty,the model of the training base,the management system of the training base,the professional cultural atmosphere of the training base and the teaching staff of the training base,and puts forward some suggestions for optimizing the training base in higher vocational colleges.
