摘　　要：实践锻炼是提升个人职业适应能力的重要途径。职业适应能力导向的休闲体育专业实践教学体系遵循“入学—入门—入行—入职”的职业发展理念,构建“四阶梯五维度”的实践教学内容规划,打破课堂教学的壁垒,将课外实践活动纳入职业适应能力培养的范畴。该体系以“教练教技术+导师教学术”双导师培养模式、“校内+校外”双实践教学基地、“学分+技能证书”双重考评体系作为实践教学质量的重要保障,让学生在真实职场环境下进行实践教学锻炼,实现职业适应能力提升的教学目标。Practical training is a significant way to promote individual career adaptability.The practical teaching system of career adaptability-oriented leisure sports major follows the career development concept of“admission-introduction-profession-career”,constructs the practical teaching content planning of“four steps and five dimensions”,breaks the barrier of classroom teaching,and includes the extracurricular practical teaching into the scope of career adaptability cultivation.In the system,the dual tutors cultivation mode of“coach teaching techniques+teacher teaching academics”,dual practical teaching bases of“inside+outside university”,dual evaluation system of“credits+skill certificates”are important guarantees for practical teaching quality for students to carry out practical teaching training in the real working environment and to achieve the teaching goal of career adaptability improvement.
