摘　　要：高校实验室是人才培养和科技创新的重要场所,实验室安全是保障高校师生生命财产安全,确保教学科研工作顺利开展的基础。分析了近年来高校实验室安全管理现状和问题,安全意识薄弱,实验室设计不合理,安全规章制度不完善,废弃物管理有待提高等。借鉴国内外高校的实验室安全管理经验,结合本校和学院的具体工作,提出了通过倡导安全文化建设,营造良好的安全文化氛围,增强高校师生安全意识;健全实验室安全规章制度和管理体系,使实验室安全管理工作有章可依;丰富实验室安全教育培训,严格执行准入制度,提升师生的安全知识和应急避险能力;完善废弃物管理和实验室安全设施等手段,切实加强实验室安全管理与建设水平。University laboratory is an important place for talent cultivation and scientific and technological innovation.Laboratory safety is the basis to guarantee the life and property safety of students and teachers,and to ensure the development of teaching and scientific research work in universities.This paper analyzes the current situation and problems of the laboratory safety work in recent years,such as:weak safety consciousness,unreasonable laboratory design,imperfect safety rules and regulations,waste management,and so on.Based on the experience of university laboratory safety management at home and abroad,combined with our practical work,weput forward some suggestions to enhance the laboratory safety management and construction such as advocating safety culture and creating good safety culture atmosphere to strengthen safety consciousness;perfecting rules and regulations and implementing management system for the work of laboratory safety management;enriching laboratory safety education and training,strictly carrying out the access system to enrich the safety knowledge and the ability to avoid risks;and strengthening waste management and improving laboratory safety facilities.
