摘　　要：为了确认实验室的检测能力,提升实验室对诺如病毒的定性检测水平,增强实验室的竞争力,中国检验检疫科学研究院综合检测中心实验室参加了青岛海关技术中心组织的“贝类中诺如病毒定性检测”能力验证。利用噬菌体MS2作为过程控制病毒,按照GB 4789.42—2016《食品微生物学检验诺如病毒检验》进行试验,实验室2个测试样品的结果与样品指定值完全一致,能力验证结果均为满意。此次能力验证不仅提升了实验室人员的检测水平,还给实验室人员积累了诺如病毒的检测经验。In order to confirm the laboratory's detection ability,improve the laboratory's qualitative detection level of norovirus and increase the competitiveness of the laboratory,Chinese Academy of Inspection and Quarantine Comprehensive Test Center lab participates in the"qualitative detection of norovirus in shellfish"organized by Qingdao Customs Technical Center.Using phage MS2 as process control virus,the experiment is carried out according to GB 4789.42—2016 National Standard for Microbiological Examination of Food,Norovirus Examination.The results of two test samples in the laboratory are consistent with the specified values of the samples,and the results of proficiency testing are all satisfactory.Through this ability verification,laboratory personnel not only improve the detection level but also accumulate the experience of norovirus.
