摘  要:赤拟谷盗是一种对粮食有世界性危害的害虫,小麦被其取食后会散发不同挥发性气味。挥发性气味物质不同变化程度可以作为评价粮食品质下降的指标以及害虫危害粮食程度的趋势。本试验采用固相微萃取—气相色谱质谱联用技术(SPME-GC-MS)测定小麦被赤拟谷盗不同程度感染后的气味物质差异性及测定方法设计研究。结果显示,共测得被赤拟谷盗侵染后的小麦挥发性化合物74种,主要挥发物是醛类、烷烃类、酸酯类以及烯烃类。同一虫口密度下感染后的小麦挥发物中,在15 d时有0.098%的酮类物质出现,在其他时期没有检测到该类物质。Tribolium castaneum is a pest that is harmful to food all over the world.Wheat will emit different volatile odors after being eaten by it.The varying degrees of volatile odor substances can be used as indicators to evaluate the degradation of grain quality and the tendency of pests to damage the grain.In this experiment,solid-phase microextraction-gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(SPME-GC-MS)is used to determine the difference in odorants of wheat after being infected with different degrees and the design of the determination method.The results show that a total of 74 volatile compounds in wheat after being infested by tribolium castaneum are detected.The main volatiles are aldehydes,alkanes,acid esters and olefins.In the infected wheat volatiles at the same insect population density,0.098%of ketones appears at 15 days,and no such substances are detected in other periods.
