摘　　要：车辆减速器是驼峰编组场重要的调速装置,每台车辆减速器都有多个制动用气缸,气缸一旦出现漏气,会造成车辆减速器制动力减弱,严重时影响车辆减速器的使用.通过研制便携式驼峰减速器气缸泄漏检测仪,可以在现场对气缸泄漏状态进行测试,判断出气缸状态好坏,进行定点维修,可以达到快速精准维修,避免过度维修的目的.Hump speed reducer is a key speed regulating device in hump marshalling yard.Each speed reducer has multiple cylinders for reducing car speed and the braking force of the speed reducer will be weakened once the cylinders leak,even affecting the operation of the speed reducer in a severe condition.Therefore,a portable cylinder leakage tester for hump speed reducer was developed,which can detect the condition of cylinder on site and determine the state of the cylinder and repair it timely and accurately to avoid excessive repair.
