摘　　要：中学生处在心智成长的阶段,三观的形成很容易受到外界的影响,教师是学生眼中的榜样,更应该加强自身道德修养,给学生树立良好的形象。因此中学教师的师德体系建设是目前教育领域所关注的重点问题。本文针对目前部分学校在建设师德体系工作中所存在的问题,提出了相应的对策和建议。Middle school students are in the stage of mental growth. The formation of the Three Views is easily influenced by the outside world. Teachers are role models in the eyes of students. They should strengthen their moral cultivation and establish a good image for students. Therefore, the construction of the teacher’s ethics system for middle school teachers is currently a key issue in the field of education. This article puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for the problems existing in the construction of teacher ethics system in some schools.
