摘  要:目的探讨以临床病例为依托的CPBL教学法在麻醉科规培学员教学中的应用价值。方法选取2017级在本院麻醉专业规培学员64人,按教学方法不同分为试验组(32人)和对照组(32人),对照组按传统方法进行规培带教,试验组依托CPBL教学法规培带教,规培结束后,两组学员均进行基础理论知识、实践操作、临床综合分析能力考试,并对两组学员考试成绩及教学质量反馈情况进行分析。结果试验组学员基础理论、实践操作能力、临床综合分析能力三项考试成绩均明显高于对照组(P<0.05);试验组学员对麻醉教学质量反馈效果明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论以临床病例为依托的CPBL教学法,能充分调动了规培学员的学习积极性,提升自学能力及临床综合分析能力,教学效果显著。Objective To explore the application value of CPBL teaching method based on clinical cases in the teaching of anesthesiology students.Methods 64 students of Anesthesia Specialty in 2017 were selected and divided into the experimental group(32)and the control group(32)according to the different teaching methods.The control group was guided by the traditional methods.The experimental group was guided by the CPBL teaching regulations.After the completion of the regulation,the two groups were tested for basic theoretical knowledge and practical operation,and the test results and teaching quality feedback were given to the two groups Analyze the situation.Results The results of basic theory test and practical operation test in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);the feedback effect of the experimental group on anesthesia teaching quality was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The CPBL teaching method based on clinical cases can fully mobilize the learning enthusiasm of the students accompanied by regulations,improve the ability of selfstudy and clinical comprehensive analysis.The teaching effect is significant.
