摘　　要：目的在口腔修复治疗中应用预成纤维桩或可塑纤维桩,观察其应用效果。方法选择2017年10月—2019年10月在本院接受口腔修复治疗的患者共82例。以双色球分组法为参考,将入组患者划分为两组,一组为纤维桩组,病例数41例,均在口腔修复治疗中应用预成纤维桩或可塑纤维桩。另一组为金属桩组,病例数41例,均在口腔修复治疗中应用金属桩。治疗结束对两组临床修复成功情况予以评估,并调查两组患者对临床修复效果的满意度。结果经评估纤维桩组符合修复成功标准的患者一共有40例,修复成功率为97.56%,高于金属桩组的80.49%,P <0.05。经调查金属组患者中对临床修复效果表示满意的病例数一共有32例,修复满意率为78.05%,低于纤维桩组的95.12%,P <0.05。结论在口腔修复治疗中应用预成纤维桩或可塑纤维桩可以获得更好的修复效果。Objective To observe the effect of preformed fiber pile or plastic fiber pile in oral prosthodontics.Methods 82 patients who received prosthodontics in our hospital from October 2017 to October 2019 were selected.With the double chromosphere grouping method as a reference,the enrolled patients were divided into two groups,one of which was the fiber pile group,with 41 cases,all of which were preformed fiber pile or plastic fiber pile in oral prosthodontics.The other group was metal pile group with 41 cases,all of which applied metal pile in oral prosthodontics.At the end of treatment,the success of clinical repair in the two groups was evaluated,and the satisfaction of patients in the two groups with the clinical repair effect was investigated.Results A total of 40 patients in the fiber pile group met the criteria for successful repair,and the success rate was 97.56%,significantly higher than that in the metal pile group(80.49%),P<0.05.A total of 32 patients in the metal group were satisfied with the clinical repair effect,and the repair satisfaction rate was 78.05%,significantly lower than 95.12%in the fiber pile group(P<0.05).Conclusion Prefabricated fiber pile or plastic fiber pile can be used in the treatment of oral cavity repair.
