摘　　要：采用半结构式访谈调查精神疾病患者对捐赠生物样本和病历信息到生物样本库的意愿及其影响因素。15名精神疾病患者完成了访谈,采用框架法对访谈资料进行分析。所有受访患者均愿意捐赠自己的生物样本和病历信息到生物样本库。影响捐赠意愿的因素包括:是否需要自己支付费用、是否有补偿、他人的看法、生物样本的类型和方式、隐私保护措施、知情同意、结果是否反馈。研究者应更多地从公众的角度考虑,建立与患者之间的信任关系,促进精神疾病生物样本库在我国的健康发展。A semi-structured interview was conducted to investigate the donation willingness to biobank and its influence factors in the patients with mental diseases.Fifteen patients with mental diseases finished the interview,and the data were analyzed by frame method.All patients were willing to donate their biospecimen and medical records to biobank.The influence factors of donation willingness include:payment,compensation,others'attitude,what to donate,how to donate,privacy,informed consent,and feedback.It is expected that researchers can consider more from the public's perspective;establish a trust relationship with patients,and promote the healthy development of biobank of mental illness in China.
