摘  要:对青岛市某三甲综合医院924名医务人员进行职业倦怠和安全文化问卷调查,对医务人员职业倦怠与安全文化的相关性进行分析。结果显示,安全文化各维度得分与职业倦怠之间存在不同程度的负相关(P<0.05),部分安全文化维度对情感衰竭、去个性化、成就感低落具有预测作用(P<0.05),中青年医务人员和护理人员、内科医务人员是发生职业倦怠的高危人群。总体上,医院的安全文化构建对于缓解职业倦怠具有重要作用,但管理者对患者安全的支持维度除外,应审慎选择构建安全文化的措施,避免造成负向影响。A questionnaire survey on job burnout and safety culture was conducted among 924 medical staff in a tertiary general hospital in Qingdao,and the correlation between job burnout and safety culture was analyzed.The results showed that there was a negative correlation between the scores of all dimensions of safety culture and job burnout(P<0.05).Some safety culture dimensions had significantly predictive effects on emotional exhaustion,cynicism and reduced personal accomplishment(P<0.05).Young and middle-aged medical personnel,nurse and physicians were the high risk group of job burnout.In general,the construction of safety culture in hospitals plays an important role in alleviating job burnout,except for the management support for patient safety.Measures to construct safety culture should be carefully selected to avoid negative impacts.
