摘　　要：从医学教育的角度探讨司督阁对于东北地区现代医学发展的主要功绩和重要意义,介绍了司督阁的传教背景和身世,全面梳理了其在东北施医办学过程中的创举:创办东北首家西医医院和第一所医科大学,全力推广西医;开展现代卫生防疫工作,提升鼠疫防治水平;传播红十字精神,创办中国历史上第一个战地红十字医院。司督阁引进国外管理体制、医学教育模式和现代卫生防疫制度,培养了大批西医人才,有力地促进了东北人民健康,客观上促进了现代科学技术的传播和经济社会的进步。From the perspective of medical education,this paper discusses the main achievements and important significance of Dugald Christie developing modern medicine in northeast China,introduces his missionary background and life experience,makes a comprehensive review of his initiative work in the process of medical education in Northeast China.Dugald Christie established the first western medicine hospital and the first medical university in Northeast China,vigorously promoted western medicine,carried out modern sanitation and epidemic prevention work,upgraded plague prevention and control,spread Red Cross spirit,and founded the first battlefield Red Cross hospital in Chinese history.He introduced foreign management systems,medical education models and modern health and epidemic prevention systems,cultivated a large number of western medicine personnel,effectively promoted the northeast people's health,objectively promoted the spread of modern science,and fostered economic and social advancement.
