摘 要:该文采用教学实验的思路对分层教学法在高职气排球教学中的应用进行了研究,结果发现:经过一个学期的实验之后,采用分层教学法的实验组和采用常规教学法的对照组在学生身体素质发展层面并没有产生显著影响,但是却在学生专项技术学习层面产生了显著影响。说明,分层教学法相较于常规教学方法更有助于学生气排球专项技术的学习与掌握。基于上述研究结果提出了分层教学法在高职气排球教学中的应用要点:(1)一定要面向学生说明分层教学法的内涵、特点以及应用目的;(2)教师应根据学生的学习进度灵活调整;(3)任课教师一定要注意准确把握不同层次的学习特点、学习进度,以及学习中的优势与不足,并给出适时适当的指导,确保做到因层施教、因材施教;(4)注意为不同层次的学生制定有针对性的评价标准,做到分层动态评价。This paper USES the thinking of teaching experiment of stratified teaching method in the application of gas volleyball teaching is studied,the results showed that:after a semester of the experiment,the teaching of the experimental group and the conventional teaching method in the control group in the students’physical quality development level does not have a significant impact,but the students special technology level has a significant effect.Compared with the conventional teaching method,stratified teaching method is more helpful for students to learn and master the special technique of volleyball.Based on the above research results,the application points of stratified teaching method in air volleyball teaching in higher vocational colleges are put forward:(1)the connotation,characteristics and application purpose of stratified teaching method must be explained to students;(2)Teachers should adjust flexibly according to students’learning progress;(3)Teachers must pay attention to accurately grasp the learning characteristics and progress of different levels of learning,as well as the advantages and disadvantages in learning,and give timely and appropriate guidance to ensure that the level of teaching,teaching students in accordance with their aptitude;(4)Pay attention to the development of targeted evaluation standards for students at different levels to achieve hierarchical dynamic evaluation.
