摘 要:课堂教学质量是高校人才培养质量的重要组成部分,在一定程度上它决定了高校人才培养的质量水平。因此,“向课堂教学要质量”是高校教育教学改革的核心与重点。其中,高校课堂教学评价是提升高校课堂教学质量的有效途径之一。作为课堂教学的评价者,如何避免教学评价的形式化、提升教学评价的实效性,是值得高校管理者们深入探究的问题。本文运用文献法对当前高校课堂教学评价的现状、问题与原因以及对策进行了系统研究,旨在提升高校课堂教学评价的实效性。The teaching quality is an important part of personnel training quality in colleges and universities,and it also determines,to a certain extent,the quality level of the training.Therefore,the core and key point of the reform of higher education and teaching is to“demand quality from the teaching”,in which the evaluation of college teaching is one of the effective ways to improve the teaching quality.How to avoid the formalization of the teaching evaluation and improve the effectiveness of the teaching evaluation for the evaluators of the teaching is a problem worthy of further exploration by university administrators.In order to improve the effectiveness of the teaching evaluation in colleges and universities,this paper,using literature methods,makes a systematic study of the current situation,problems,causes and countermeasures of the teaching evaluation.
