摘　　要：建立健全现代医院管理制度是深化医药卫生体制改革的重要内容。宁夏回族自治区人民医院作为国家建立健全现代医院管理制度试点医院,通过健全完善决策新机制,建立保障运行新举措,自主设置岗位新体系,创新岗位薪酬新制度,探索绩效考核新模式、打造医疗服务新方式和推行职称评审新方法等举措,寻找公立医院回归公益性的实现路径,探索建立了现代医院管理制度的实现形式和运行模式。Establishing and perfecting modern hospital management system is an important content of deepening the reform of medical and health system.People’s Hospital in Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region,as a national pilot hospital in establishing and perfecting the system of modern hospital management,establishes new measures for the security operation,sets up the new system of posts independently,innovates a new system of post salary,explores a new model of performance appraisal,develops new ways of providing medical services,implements new methods for assessing professional titles,looks for the path for public hospitals returning to the public welfare,and explores the realization form and operation mode of modern hospital management system through improving decision-making mechanism.
