摘 要:目的探索建立符合本院特点的绩效考核指标及评价体系,促进医院内部管理,提高服务质量和服务能力。方法结合医院总体工作计划、年度预算及经济运行状态,建立多维度、全方位的绩效考核指标体系,并在实践中不断完善和优化。结果以质量控制与医疗安全、经济运营与满意度评价、学科建设与技术进步为主线的绩效考核体系,充分调动了员工积极性,较好的促进了医院实现稳增长、调结构、促发展、增效益的预期目标。结论科学化、精细化的绩效考核指标体系的建立,对规范医疗行为,提高医疗技术水平和医院整体服务能力,促进医院健康发展具有积极的推动作用。Objective:To explore the establishment of performance assessment indicators and evaluation system in line with the characteristics of the hospital,promote the internal management of the hospital,and improve service quality and service ability.Method:A multi-dimensional and all-round performance evaluation index system is established in combination with the overall work plan,annual budget and economic operation state of the hospital,and it is constantly improved and optimized in practice.Result:The performance appraisal system,which focuses on quality control and medical safety,economic operation and satisfaction evaluation,discipline construction and technical progress,fully arouses the enthusiasm of the employees and better promotes the hospital to achieve the expected goals of stable growth,structural adjustment,development and the increased benefits.Conclusion:The establishment of the scientific and refined performance evaluation index system plays a positive role in standardizing medical behavior,improving medical technology and the overall service capacity of the hospital,and promoting the healthy development of the hospital.
