摘  要:针对目前煤矿掘进工作面工况复杂、定位导向困难、无法透明化管理等问题,提出了一种基于惯性导航系统的掘进机远程监控系统的研究,通过惯性导航系统与多传感器网络技术融合,设计了截割头轨迹在线模拟监测软件,视频监控采用无线与有线相结合通信方式,经井下试验验证,监控系统运行稳定,进一步实现了工作面远程透明化监控。In order to solve the problems of complicated working conditions, difficult orientation and transparent management of coal mine tunneling face, a research on remote monitoring system of roadheader based on inertial navigation system was proposed. Through the fusion of inertial navigation system and multi-sensor network technology, the online simulation monitoring software for the trajectory of the cutting head is designed, and the video monitoring adopts the combination of wireless and wired communication. The underground test proves that the monitoring system runs stability, so as to further realize the remote transparent monitoring of the working face.
