情景模拟教学法在任职教育中的应用初探

摘　　要：随着军队院校不断转型发展,任职教育的主体地位越来越突出,本文在分析传统教学模式存在问题的基础上,针对任职教育的特点,将情景模拟教学法应用于任职教育的课堂教学,提高学员在教学过程中的参与度,进而激发学员的学习热情,提高学习效率。With the contiunuous transformation and development of military academies,the dominant role of professional education is more and more prominent,this paper analyzes the problems existing in traditional teaching model,aim at characteristic of the Professional education,the situational simulation teaching method is applied to classroom teaching of Professional education,simulate learning enthusiasm,enhance the efficiency of learning.
