摘　　要：地方高校教学质量评价以大数据为支持可以收集到丰富、全面的数据材料作为评价的依据。但是,要从庞大的数据材料中找到准确、有效的信息有一定的难度。文章提出树立“以学生为中心,数据为参考”的评价理念,逐渐建立“实施全过程、多方利益相关者参与的教学质量评价体系”,采取“对数据的收集实现规范化、对数据的应用实现多样化和对数据的管理实现制度化”的管理措施,充分运用大数据的优势提升地方高校本科教学的教学质量。The evaluation of teaching quality in local colleges and universities covers a large part with the analysis of big data from different aspects.Comprehensive data can be collected as the basis for teaching evaluation.However,it is difficult to figure out accurate and effective information from the huge data source.Under the guidance of the evaluation principle of“student-centered and data-referenced”proposed,this paper aims to gradually establish a teaching quality evaluation system which requires the participation of related parties.The teaching management staff are supposed to make full use of the advantages of big data to improve the teaching quality of undergraduate teaching in local colleges and universities by standardizing the procedure of the collection of data,diversifying the application of data and institutionalizing the data management.
