基于“逆传心包”理论探讨新型冠状病毒肺炎合并心衰的中医诊治思路

摘　　要：新冠肺炎合并心衰的患者为临床的危重患者,目前西医尚未有效的治疗方案,本文从"逆传心包"的理论角度,通过总结中医证型规律,分别从透热转气法、凉血散血法、回阳固脱法三个角度,探讨中医药治疗新冠肺炎合并心衰患者的方案,为临床提供依据。The patients with new coronary pneumonia and heart failure are clinically critical patients.Currently,there is no effective treatment plan in western medicine.This article summarizes the laws of TCM syndromes from the theoretical perspective of“reverse pericardium”,and uses three perspectives of clearing heat of Yingfen to Qifen,cooling blood to dissipate stasis method,and recuperating depleted Yang to treat collapse method were used to explore the traditional Chinese medicine treatment plan for patients with new coronary pneumonia and heart failure,and to provide clinical basis.
