摘  要:目的:针对医药改革和药师工作模式的不断变化,探索和创建临床药学本科实习新模式。方法:基于人才培养的需求及既往教改工作经验,创建“三阶段+两环节”的临床药学本科实习新模式,包括药学部各室轮转阶段、临床科室轮转阶段、科研实习阶段,穿插临床药学实习环节和社区药学服务实习环节,综合培养学生的实践技能、法规意识和沟通技能。结果:新实习模式受到实习生的欢迎,受到其母校的肯定和用人单位的好评。结论:“三阶段+两环节”临床药学本科实习新模式能很好地适应医药改革和药师工作模式的转变,值得推广。Objective:To explore and establish a new internship mode for clinical pharmacy undergraduates in the light of continuous changes of medical reform and working mode of pharmacists.Methods:Based on the needs of personnel training and past education reform experience,a new internship mode of“three-stage+two-link”for clinical pharmacy undergraduates was established,including the rotation stage in various sections of the pharmacy department,the rotation stage in clinical departments,the scientific research practice stage,the practice link interspersed in clinical pharmacy and community pharmaceutical care,with the objective to comprehensively cultivate practical skills,law and regulation awareness as well as communication skills of interns.Results:The new internship practice mode was not only well accepted by the interns,but also affirmed by their alma mater and got favorable comments from employers.Conclusion:The new internship practice mode of“three-stage+two-link”for clinical pharmacy undergraduates could well adapt to the medical reform and the transition of pharmacist working mode.For this reason,it is worth further extension.
