关于高职教育服务军民融合发展战略的思考

摘　　要：军民融合发展是党中央统筹国际国内两个大局确立的国家战略,服务这一战略是国家职业教育改革实施方案、中国特色高水平高职学校和专业建设计划提出的明确要求。高职院校应该发挥类型、特色优势,践行服务宗旨,主动融入国家大局,创新体制机制,在军地两用人才培养、军民两用技术转化、退役军人再就业等方面有所作为,以服务国家战略的实际行动和独特贡献谋求外部资源支持和自身可持续发展。The development of military civilian integration is a national strategy established by the CPC Central Committee in the overall planning of international and domestic situations.The strategy of service is a clear requirement put forward by the national vocational education reform implementation plan and the high-level vocational school and professional construction plan with Chinese characteristics.Higher vocational colleges should give full play to the advantages of types and characteristics,practice the service tenet,actively integrate into the overall situation of the country,innovate the system and mechanism,make contributions to the cultivation of dual-use personnel,the transformation of dual-use technology and the reemployment of veterans,and seek external resources support and self sustainable development by serving the actual actions and unique contributions of the national strategy.
