摘  要:单线铁路隧道二衬混凝土输送洞内空间小,与出渣工序相干扰,需要开挖避车洞,针对此问题设计了一种适用于单线铁路隧道的窄体双缸混凝土输送泵,配套设计了一种混凝土输送泵液压系统,这种液压系统动力性能强,运行平稳,发热量小,满足单线铁路隧道窄体双缸混凝土输送泵工作需求。In order to solve the problem that the second lining concrete transportation of single track railway tunnel needs to excavate the shelter tunnel due to the small space in the tunnel and the interference with the slag discharging process,a narrow body double cylinder concrete transportation pump suitable for single track railway tunnel was designed,and a hydraulic system of concrete transportation pump was designed.The hydraulic system has strong dynamic performance,stable operation and small heat,which can meet the working demand of narrow body double cylinder concrete pump in single track railway tunnel.
