云南普洱三种茶叶提取物对黑色素瘤细胞增殖影响及抑菌效果的研究

摘　　要：目的:比较红螺红茶、碧螺春绿茶和紫芽普洱茶(生茶)3种常见茶叶提取物对黑色素瘤细胞增殖的影响及对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌效果。方法:3种茶叶均采用超纯水煮沸浸提法,过滤获得茶叶浸提物溶液。CCK-8法测茶叶提取物对细胞增殖的影响;通过药敏片扩散法研究不同茶叶浸提物对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌效果。结果:3种茶叶提取物对黑色素瘤细胞的生长都有一定的抑制效果,紫芽普洱茶(生茶)>碧螺春绿茶>红螺红茶。大肠杆菌对红螺红茶、碧螺春绿茶为中敏,对紫芽普洱茶生茶(生茶)高敏;金黄色葡萄球菌对红螺红茶高敏,对碧螺春绿茶、紫芽普洱茶生茶(生茶)极敏。结论:3种茶叶对黑色素瘤细胞生长都有一定的抑制效果;3种茶叶均有抑菌效果,紫芽普洱茶(生茶)>碧螺春绿茶>红螺红茶,同一种茶叶提取物对金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌效果要优于大肠杆菌。Objective:To compare the effect of three kinds of tea extracts from red snail black tea,biluochun green tea and purple bud Puer tea(raw tea) on the proliferation of melanoma cells and the bacteriostatic effect on escherichia coli and staphylococcus aureus.Methods:The three kinds of tea were extracted by boiling in ultra-pure water and filtered to obtain the tea extract solution.The effect of tea extract on cell proliferation was measured by cck-8 method.The bacteriostatic effects of different tea extracts on escherichia coli and staphylococcus aureus were studied by drug sensitive tablet diffusion method.Results:Three kinds of tea extracts had certain inhibitory effect on the growth of melanoma cells,purple bud Puer tea(green tea)> biluochun green tea> red snail black tea.Escherichia coli to red snail black tea,biluochun green tea for medium sensitivity,to purple bud Puer tea(tea) high sensitivity;Staphylococcus aureus is highly sensitive to red snail black tea and extremely sensitive to biluochun green tea and purple bud Puer tea.Conclusion:Three kinds of tea had certain inhibitory effect on the growth of melanoma cells.Three kinds of tea have antibacterial effect,purple bud Puer tea(green tea)> biluochun green tea> red snail black tea,the same kind of tea extract is better than escherichia coli antibacterial effect on staphylococcus aureus.
