摘 要:采用邻苯二甲醛/巯基乙胺混合溶液为荧光衍生化试剂,设置仪器自动衍生化程序,高效液相色谱荧光法检测鱼酱油中的牛磺酸。结果表明,在1.0~50.0μg/mL质量浓度范围,鱼酱油中牛磺酸的含量与色谱峰面积线性相关,方法检出限为0.2μg/mL,样品检测结果的相对标准偏差小于2.0%,加标回收率98.7%~106.8%。建立的液相色谱法能够在10 min内检测鱼酱油中牛磺酸的含量,适用于各种鱼酱油中牛磺酸含量的测定。A pre-column automatic fluorescence derivatization procedure was established for the rapid and accurate determination of taurine in fish sauce.The mixed solution of o-phthalaldehyde and cysteamine was used as the fluorescent derivatization reagent,and the automatic derivatization program was set up to detect taurine in fish sauce by high performance liquid chromatography.In the range of 1.0 to 50.0μg/m L,the content of taurine in fish sauce was linearly related to the peak area.The detection limit of the method was 0.2μg/m L,and the relative standard deviation was less than 2.0%.The recoveries of the spiked samples were 98.7%-106.8%.The established method could quickly detect the taurine content in fish sauce within 10 min without manual sample pretreatment.This method is suitable for the rapid determination of taurine in fish sauce.
