摘 要:大数据驱动的个性化学习正逐步成为现实。个性化学习服务旨在满足学习者个性化、精准化与智能化的学习需求。研究基于在线教育大数据,采用质性研究方法,面向在线学习全流程,在辨析了大数据背景下不同层次个性化学习内涵的基础上,从设计、实施到评价三个不同层面研究了个性化学习服务机制。研究认为:区分在线学习大数据的类别和制定基本数据指标是开展个性化学习服务的数据基石;建立面向不同个性化学习层次的学习者数字画像是开展个性化学习服务的基础;整合不同类别在线学习大数据和学习者数字画像,研究并设计个性化学习服务引擎是开展个性化学习服务的关键。然后结合上述研究内容,研究并构建了个性化学习服务体系,提出了个性化学习服务效果的评价指标和观测维度。Personalized learning driven by big data is gradually becoming a reality.Personalized learning services are designed to meet learners'personalized,precise,and intelligent learning needs.Based on the big data of online education,this paper uses qualitative research method for the whole process of online learning.After analyzing the connotation of different levels of personalized learning under the background of big data,this paper studies the service mechanism of personalized learning at three different levels of design,implementation and evaluation.The research believes that distinguishing the types of big data of online learning and formulating basic data indicators are the data cornerstone for developing personalized learning services;establishing digital portraits of learners for different levels of personalized learning is the basis for developing personalized learning services;integrating different types of big data of online learning and learners'digital portraits,researching and designing personalized learning service engines are the keys to developing personalized learning services.Then combined with the above research content,this paper studies and builds a personalized learning service system,and puts forward the evaluation indicators and observation dimensions for the effect of the personalized learning service.This paper is a useful exploration of personalized learning service in the context of educational big data,and can provide a reference for the practical research of personalized learning service driven by big data.
