摘　　要：陈建功是我国著名的数学家和教育家。他自始至终坚持"学贵讲、尤贵行"的教育治学理念,始终主张教学和科研要相辅相成,互相促进。他的教育治学理念主要表现在四个方面:科学兴国,坚守诚意;教学相长,知行合一;与时俱进,应用创新;因材施教,注重心理。Chen Jiangong is a famous mathematician and mathematics educator in China.He insisted on the educational and academic concept of "learning expensive talk,especially expensive practice",and always advocated that teaching and scientific research should complement each other.His educational philosophy is mainly reflected in four aspects:rejuvenate the country scientifically,stick to sincerity;accelerate each other between teaching and studying,the unity of knowledge and action;keep pace with the times,application innovation;teaching students according to their aptitude,pay attention to psychology.
