摘  要:本文主要探究含铬革屑利用酸法进行工业明胶的制备,不仅解决含铬固体废弃物,也实现资源化再利用的目的。在探究酸法制备工业明胶的预处理工艺过程中,由于酸法脱铬要比碱法脱铬的效果差,因此需要通过探究脱铬率的大小来确定最佳酸的选取。在此工艺条件下获得成品工业明胶,并通过比较其黏度和得率来确定最佳的预处理工艺。其工艺为:预处理的最佳用酸为草酸、草酸的最佳用量为8%、浸泡的时间为5d。This article mainly explored the preparation of industrial gelatin using chromiumcontaining leather shavings using acid method,not only to solve chromium-containing solid waste,but also to achieve the purpose of resource reuse.In exploring the pretreatment process of preparing industrial gelatin by acid method,acid dechromization was less effective than alkaline dechromization,and therefore,the choice of the best acid needs to be determined by exploring the degree of the dechromization rate.The finished industrial gelatin was obtained under this process condition,and the best pretreatment process was determined by comparing its viscosity and yield.The process was:the optimal acid for pretreatment was oxalic acid,the optimal dosage of oxalic acid was 8%,and the soaking time was 5d.
