感甦合剂解热固本、抑菌抗病毒作用及其机制研究

摘　　要：目的探讨感合剂的解热、增强免疫及抑菌、抗病毒作用及其机制。方法以家兔耳缘静脉注射内毒素致其发热为动物模型,观察感合剂的解热作用;通过小鼠体内碳粒廓清吞噬实验,观察感合剂增强免疫的作用;通过体外抗菌实验与抗病毒实验,观察感合剂抑菌和抗病毒作用。结果感合剂可抑制家兔体温升高及增强小鼠网状内皮细胞的吞噬功能;感合剂对常见革兰阳性菌及革兰阴性菌抑菌作用由强到弱依次为肺炎链球菌、乙型溶血性链球菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、甲型溶血性链球菌、肺炎克雷伯菌;体外抗病毒实验表明,感合剂有微弱的抗呼吸道合胞病毒的作用。结论感合剂有明显的解热和增强非特异性免疫功能的作用,其解热固本的作用可能与其对常见上呼吸道感染细菌和病毒的抑制作用相关。Objective To investigate the antipyretic,immune enhancing function,antibacterial and antiviral effects Gansu Mixture and its mechanism.Methods The endotoxin induced fever rabbit model was used to observe the antipyretic effects of Gansu Mixture.Carbon clearance experiment in mice injected of ink was used to observe the immune enhancing function,and the in vitro antibacterial test and antiviral test were used to detect the antibacterial and antiviral effect of Gansu Mixture.Results Gansu Mixture could significantly inhibit the rise of rabbits’temperature induced by endotoxin and increase carbon clearance by the reticuloendothelial cells.Gansu Mixture also exhibited antibacterial effect on common Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria.The order from strong to weak was Streptococcus pneumoniae,β-hemolytic streptococcus,Staphylococcus aureus,α-hemolytic streptococcus,Klebsiella pneumonia,respectively.Gansu mixture also had a weak anti RSV effect in vitro.Conclusion Gansu Mixture has obvious effects on antipyretic and enhancing non-specific immune function,which might be related to its antibacterial and antiviral effects.
