野生蔓越莓活悦饮的制备及其体内抗氧化功能研究

摘  要:根据原花青素、红花、枸杞、卡琪花蒂玛的日推荐量,通过澄清配伍制备了野生蔓越莓活悦饮。通过动物试验研究了野生蔓越莓活悦饮的抗氧化功效及急性毒性。结果表明,野生蔓越莓活悦饮可显著降低小鼠血清及肝组织的脂质氧化产物丙二醛的含量,提高血清、肝组织抗氧化产物还原型谷胱甘肽的含量及血清和肝组织中的超氧化物歧化酶活力。According to the daily recommended amount of proanthocyanidins,safflower,medlar and labisia pumila,the wild cranberry soft-drink was prepared by defecation. The antioxidant effect and urgent toxicity of wild cranberry soft-drink were studied in animals. The results showed that the wild cranberry soft-drink could significantly reduce the content of malondialdehyde which was lipid oxide in serum and liver tissue,increase the content of reduced glutathione which was antioxidant product in serum and liver tissue,and enhance the activity of superoxide dismutase in serum and liver tissue.
