摘　　要：随着职业院校技能大赛、行业技能大赛、世界技能大赛等各级各类比赛的日益增多,起关键指导作用的专业教师需要在业务能力需要不断提升。以提高职业院校机电类教师技能竞赛指导能力为根本目的,对教师业务能力提升培养项目进行研究设计,为同类培训提供借鉴与参考。With the increasing number of vocational college skills competitions,industry skills competitions,world skills competitions and other competitions at all levels,professional teachers who play a key role in guiding need to constantly improve their professional ability.In order to improve the guiding ability of mechanical and electrical teachers’skills competition in vocational colleges,this paper studies and designs the training project of teachers’professional ability improvement,so as to provide reference for similar training.
