摘 要:现代生活和现代教育在增强人的主体性和独立性的同时,也加剧了人与人之间的个体化生存、竞争性思维以及孤立化的教育及学习方式。这也在一定程度上导致了“个体人”的膨胀和“公共人”的消隐,使得年轻一代人的公共理性、公共德性以及公共精神等的发展遭受了阻碍。对于新时代的道德教育而言,需要不断打破这种个体化、竞争化、孤立化的生存及教育方式,培育具有公共担当意识、公共参与精神以及公共德性品质的时代新人,从而实现道德教育的国家使命、社会使命和个体成人使命。为此,学校教育及道德教育应通过多种途径不断提升学校制度体系的公共性,建构公正平等、公共参与、公共关怀的校园文化氛围,实施“学校—社区”以及“学校—社会”的道德行动计划,传递自由、平等、公正、法治等核心价值理念,更好地促进“公共人”的培育。Modern life and modern education can promote people’s subjectivity and independence,but it can also aggravate the individualization tendency,competitive thinking,solitary educating and solitary learning,eventually led to the inflation of“individual person”and the decline of“public man”.At last,it will hinder the development of public virtue and public spirit of the young generation.For the moral education in the new era,it is necessary to break the individualization,competition and isolation education mode in moral education.And then,moral education in schools can cultivate new people with public responsibility,public participation,and public moral quality,so as to realize the national mission,social mission and individual mission of moral education.Therefore,school education and moral education should improve the publicity and democracy of the school system through many ways,build the campus culture atmosphere full of public participation and public concern,and construct the moral action plans between school-community and school-society.It can transfer core values such as freedom,equality,justice,and rule of law,and realize the educational goal of cultivating“public man”.
