浅析高职教育金融专业人才培养与产业发展的深度融合

摘　　要：随着经济的蓬勃发展,金融业也迅速崛起,金融人才需求数量不断增加。为了适应市场的变化,金融行业对人才质量的要求不断提高。高职院校金融专业的人才培养应根据金融企业的需求和自身特点,把精力集中在培养金融企业所需要的一专多能型人才。通过产教融合,找准岗位定位,改进人才培养模式,切实提高学生的职业能力,满足金融企业的用人需求,推动金融业的进一步发展。With the prosperous development of economy,financial industry has risen rapidly and the required quantity of financial talents is increasing.In order to adapt to the changeable market,the financial industry sets higher and higher requirements on the quality of financial talents.The cultivation of financial talents in higher vocational colleges should be carried out according to the requirements and its characteristics of the financial enterprises,and the focus should be in the cultivation of the talents with one specialty and multiple skills required by the financial enterprises.The talent cultivation mode will be improved and the employment capability of the students will be promoted through the integration of production and teaching,and finding the correct post position,so as to meet the employment needs of the financial enterprises and enhance the further development of the financial industry.
