摘　　要：研究高校毕业生就业质量的影响因素,对于毕业生积累求职资本、增强就业竞争力至关重要。该文以上海高校毕业生作为研究对象,从个体特征、人力资本和社会资本三个维度探讨了就业质量的影响因素,并从高校毕业生、用人单位、高校和政府四个角度提出针对性建议,丰富了高校毕业生就业质量影响因素的理论研究,为上海高校和社会各界实现毕业生更高质量就业提供了新思路。同时,也为其他地区高校毕业生就业质量的影响因素研究提供参考。It is very important to study the influencing factors of employment quality for graduates to accumulate employment capital and enhance employment competitiveness. Taking university graduates in Shanghai as the research object, this paper probes into the influencing factors of employment quality from three dimensions of individual characteristics, human capital and social capital, and puts forward targeted suggestions from four aspects of university graduates, employers, universities and the government. It enriches the theoretical research on the influencing factors of employment quality of university graduates, and realizes higher-quality graduation for universities in Shanghai and all sectors of society. It provides a new way of thinking to create higher-quality employment. It also provides reference for the study of the influencing factors of the employment quality of university graduates in other regions.
