新常态下高校精准就业指导与服务路径探究

摘　　要：近几年,高校对就业工作提出了精准就业指导与服务的工作要求,"精准化"已经成为高校就业工作的主要内容之一。精准就业指导已经成为高校开展就业工作的主要指导方针,高校全面开展就业指导工作主要是为了提高学生的竞争力。近几年来,我国高校毕业生越来越多,2020年高校毕业生预计会达到874万人,比2019年多了将近50万人。高校毕业生将面临着巨大的就业压力,精准的就业指导可以帮助学生更快、更准确地找到就业方向。在国家教育部门的大力支持下,高校越来越重视就业工作的开展及制度的完善。In recent years, colleges and universities have put forward new demands for the employment work and put forward the requirement for targeted employment guidance which has become one of the main contents of the employment work in colleges and universities. Targeted employment guidance has become the main guideline for colleges and universities to carry out the employment work, and the comprehensive implementation of employment guidance is mainly to improve the competitiveness of students. In recent years, there have been more and more college graduates in our country. This year, the number of college graduates will reach 8.74 million, nearly 500,000 more than that in 2019.College graduates will face tremendous employment pressure,while targeted employment guidance can help them find their employment direction faster and more accurately. With the strong support of the national education departments, colleges and universities pay more and more attention to the development of employment and the improvement of the relevant system.
