摘　　要：高职生处在人生成长的特殊时期,容易受到各种负面情绪的困扰,影响身心健康成长。因此,在高职院校思想政治教育体系中,指引学生学会调节情绪有着无可替代的重要地位。该文对当代高职生存在的问题进行了深刻剖析,结合高职生的实际情况提出合理有效的情绪调节措施,以促使高职院校思政教育质量的进一步提升,提高高职生的自我情绪管理能力,为社会培养栋梁之材。During a special period of individual development,higher vocational college students are easily troubled by various negative emotions, which affect their physical and mental health.Therefore, in the ideological and political education system of higher vocational colleges, guiding students to learn how to regulate emotions plays an irreplaceable role. This paper makes a deep analysis of the problems existing in contemporary higher vocational college students, and puts forward reasonable and effective emotion regulation measures combined with the actual situation of higher vocational college students, with a view to further promoting the quality of ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges, and improving the emotion management ability of higher vocational college students, thus contributing to the cultivation of social pillars.
